The scale for the Mileage Bonus program is as follows:

Solo Drivers

• 2850 quarterly average              add      .02                   per paid mile
• 3000 quarterly average              add      .03                   per paid mile
• 3350 quarterly average              add      .04                   per paid mile

Team Drivers

• 5500 quarterly average              add      .02               per paid mile-per driver
• 6500 quarterly average              add      .03               per paid mile-per driver
• 7500 quarterly average              add      .04             per paid mile-per driver

The MPG quarterly average must be at least a 6.5 & the Stop Idle is not to exceed 9%
       (MPG is calculated by using actual miles divided by the fuel consumption)

The scale for the Penalties regarding the Quarterly Safety Bonus program is as follows:

• Per Violation-Warning &/or CSA Violation-Subtract .01 per paid mile
• Per Violation-Ticket &/or CSA Violation-Subtract .02 per paid mile
• Any-Preventable Accident-Lose All    *** Goes towards Safety Balance

Additionally, Infiniti Videos & Netradyne scores will be used as criteria also.  Please see below.

• You must complete at least 1 out of the 3 monthly trainings on Infiniti or be present at a Safety Meeting during the quarterly bonus timeframe.  If not, you will lose $0.01
• If you receive any corrective action videos on Infiniti, they must be completed, or you will lose $0.01
• Your Netradyne average quarterly score must be 800 or higher, or you will lose $0.01

*** If you have a Safety Balance, all monies will go towards it until it is paid off ***
