Maintenance/repair technician with knowledge and skills necessary to work efficiently in a fast paced work environment.
Conduct scheduled inspections and checks of all transport trailers; conduct regular servicing and maintenance of all trailers; input servicing and maintenance data into maintenance software; interact with the vehicle drivers to learn about the functionality and issues on the trailers; repair trailers to include part replacement and repair and/or replace tires on trailers and/or tractors; appropriately use and well as handle testing tools and repair equipment; and comply with all set industry safety norms and other quality measures while conducting work processes.
High school diploma or GED certificate; knowledge of air brakes, hydraulics, electrical, and ABS brake systems preferred; experience with various hand tools; valid driver's license; physical strength and stamina; and welding or fabrication experience preferred.
